"I decided to attend Castle Park Dental Practice after reading Chris Branfield's contribution in the Cottingham Times regarding nervous patients. He was describing exactly how I felt about dentists, after experiencing lots of poor treatment over the years.
At my first appointment we went through my problems and I was able to inform him what my main concerns were.
At my next appointment I had to have a tooth extracted, and I felt confident enough to have this done, even though I have had to have this done under sedation in the past. Although an unpleasant experience, it was made very easy with lots of explanation and encouragement from Chris and the nurse attending.
I have had several appointments since then, and it is such a good feeling to know that I can attend (knowing that I am going to undergo treatment) without the awful dread that I have experienced in the past.
