From the moment entering the building extreme kindness and professionalism shown. After suffering dentist phobia in the past the experience here I am happy to continue my appointments without nervousness.

The clinic is located in an area where there is ample parking. The clinic is clean and modern looking. The staff in reception are always polite, professional and friendly. Waiting room is warm and cosy with drinks on hand if required. The toilet was very clean and a good size. Katy my hygienist and the hygiene nurse were fabulous. I felt at ease and my comfort was at the top of the list with plenty of small breaks so I could relax my jaw and face. Katy is such a great asset to the practice with a personable manner about her. She was professional but kind and gentle whilst completing my hygiene clean and check up. Kept me updated with every step of the way.I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout my appointment. I didn’t feel rushed I felt I was a patient with a name rather than a patient with a number. Thank you Castle Park Dental Practice and Thank You Katy.

I have every confidence in both the Dentist and Hygenist. both alfays and check to see I am comfortable. Very reassuring. Everything explauned and ask id I have any questions.

Appointment times suited me and after my check up and cleaning, I was pleased with being able to get a follow up appointment to replace an old filling (5 days ). Andrew and Edward are always pleasant and courteous and the service is 1st class.

Andrew is a calming dentist. He let me explain my concerns before sitting down, offering reassurance. I was able to explain how I was feeling even though it felt daft to me. He explained clearly around my concerns and offered reassurance throughout. Fully elevated my concerns and fears around attending a dental appointment.

I have always received exceptional treatment through Castle Park. The reception staff are always extremely helpful and the clinical staff very knowledgeable and caring, I have never suffered any discomfort throughout my treatment. Would fully recommend this Practice.

I have been petrified of going to the dentist for years, a lot of this came from previous bad experiences. I visited Castle Park and met Gail who showed me around and was very reassuring. I made an appointment for my first appointment with Simon and he has been amazing. I've had extractions and not felt anything. Everything is explained as he does anything and I was asked something which meant so much, 'what can we do to make things better for you?' The hygienist, Katie is also brilliant, so gentle and caring and puts you at ease. Thank you so much to everyone, I wish I had found them years ago. I now go without feeling nervous and will have regular check ups. Julia
