Ben had not been to the dentist for some time and had put off the event given everything seemed fine with his teeth. After 3 years of neglect, Ben decided he must visit the dentist and decided to book his first Dental health assessment with us at Castle Park Dental Care.

What we did

Ben had a Full Dental health assessment for 30 minutes where the dentist charted each tooth on our state of the art software system and used X-Rays to understand the condition of Ben's oral health. A full smile check was also conducted to ensure we understand what Ben wanted to achieve in the short and long term as well as how we can help keep his teeth healthy for life.

Outcome

Ben had a full review and needed no treatment! He no longer felt nervous about future appointments because of his positive experience and immediately booked another Dental health assessment for 6 months, as advised by his dentist.

"I hadn't gone for a check-up in more than 3 years. I kept saying I needed to, but why go if there's nothing wrong? I had no sensitivity or spotting but I thought I should 'go!', so I did! I came in to have a Dental Health check along with a scale and polish with the Hygienist. I enjoyed the experience! Not many people would say that about the dentist, especially me! My dentist at Castle Park Dental Care was excellent, he was very pleasant and after my check I was informed no treatment was needed. Everyone at Castle Park Dental Care made me feel at ease. Castle Park Dentist are very caring and reassuring. I have had two appointments my first appointment was in September of this year and already I feel more confident but most importantly my teeth feel amazing. I have a fear of visiting a dentist but I can honestly say I know I will be listened to and not told off for stopping them during my check ups. From my initial appointment with Andrew I have always felt absolutely relaxed in the his professional yet friendly manner along with his delightful assistant/s . A calmness that continues throughout the entire process ,with clear expert explanations / advice as and when appropriate . I was treated with care and dignity, Katie explained everything she was doing and did not rush the appointment.
