A very friendly and competent dentist

I trust Andrew the Dentist and Katie the hygienist they know their job, they are professional friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist staff are equally as good. So are the staff supporting the dentist and hygienist. Toilets warm and clean

It's always a friendly environment and I don't have any issues and are comfortable attending my appointments.I do wish you would bring back the cherry flavour in the hygienist appointment though.

The care and patience shown by the reception staff and the hygienist team before, during and after treatment, despite my nerves and being tense, was excellent and the team really do try to put you at ease and reassure. The clinic is located in an area where there is ample parking. The clinic is clean and modern looking. The staff in reception are always polite, professional and friendly. Waiting room is warm and cosy with drinks on hand if required. The toilet was very clean and a good size. Katy my hygienist and the hygiene nurse were fabulous. I felt at ease and my comfort was at the top of the list with plenty of small breaks so I could relax my jaw and face. Katy is such a great asset to the practice with a personable manner about her. She was professional but kind and gentle whilst completing my hygiene clean and check up. Kept me updated with every step of the way.I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout my appointment.
