Andrew is really calm and explains everything he is doing, he knows I am a nervous patient because of my previous experiences but he puts me at ease and he is very considerate and friendly which is great.

The reception area was clean, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and the lady who told me that i could help myself to a coffee was a blessing in disguise as I had travelled from Bridlington with my friend and a cup of coffee was just what the Dr ordered. Many thanks to all the team.

I feel I am treated as an individual and not just a number. My needs are met and my comfort is always a consideration by the person treating me especially Katy. My treatment requirement is always discussed with me and I am involved in the decision making. The clinic is clean and not too clinical. Toilet facilities are good. It’s nice to have ceramic mugs for hot drinks rather than a paper cup. Receptionists staff are professional and polite and also friendly. The whole experience for me is a positive experience.
