Staff were very welcoming and professional keeping in mind my fear of dentists. I was also able to book my next appointment at a date and time that was convenient for me.

The hygienist was very friendly, Andrew my dentist is extremely professional and makes me comfortable during my treatment, I had to have an unexpected filling this visit but Andrew made the daunting experience completely painless. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Easy on-site car parking, welcoming reception area and receptionists, comfortable waiting room with Coffee machine and newspaper, excellent professional treatment and care, easy to make next appt.

Andrew is really calm and explains everything he is doing, he knows I am a nervous patient because of my previous experiences but he puts me at ease and he is very considerate and friendly which is great.

Over the last few years, Katie B has got my teeth into the best hygiene condition they have been since i can remember.Great service!!

The reception area was clean, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and the lady who told me that i could help myself to a coffee was a blessing in disguise as I had travelled from Bridlington with my friend and a cup of coffee was just what the Dr ordered. Many thanks to all the team.

I feel I am treated as an individual and not just a number. My needs are met and my comfort is always a consideration by the person treating me especially Katy. My treatment requirement is always discussed with me and I am involved in the decision making. The clinic is clean and not too clinical. Toilet facilities are good. It’s nice to have ceramic mugs for hot drinks rather than a paper cup. Receptionists staff are professional and polite and also friendly. The whole experience for me is a positive experience. Painless during treatment and no pain afterwards. All staff were absolutely lovely and very professional

I saw Edward for my hygiene and check up. He is really friendly, listens and explains what he is doing at every step and also what his findings are. I have very sensitive teeth and am nervous about a hygiene appointment. But he used the airflow which was fine and also cleaned my teeth by hand as I don’t like the descaling tools. It was all round a good experience and I would recommend this Castle Park Dental care clinic
