I have been attending Castle Park for many years with Andrew as my dentist. He always remembers me. He is friendly and approachable. Edward is the best ever hygenist, he is very patient, understanding and obviously knows his job.

The Team clearly explained the options and gave time to consider the way forward. The patient felt listened to and valued. Questions were answered in an age appropriate way, and with honesty.

Andrew is a first rate dentist who deals directly with the problem, is courteous, careful and conscientious. Although we live a way away from the surgery, we retained the connection because a good dentist is worth his/her weight in gold (teeth). He is empathetic and seems to understand that every set of teeth has its own, sometimes tragic, backstory. He inspires trust, both through his manner and his efficiency. In short, he is everything one could ask for in a delicate and difficult profession.

I was very impressed by the way everything was explained to me before treatment. The treatment itself was without pain but I was regularly asked if I was alright throughout the procedure, which I found very reassuring.All the staff that I have had dealings with, from reception to clinicians and surgeons, have been very friendly and professional.I would not hesitate in recommending this practice to my friends and family!

The atmosphere in the practice is calm and relaxing, which, as a nervous person, makes me feel relaxed. Everyone is polite and helpful and all of my questions were answered. I was not rushed or made to feel awkward, everyone was very professional.
