Ilay qualified with a BDS from Istanbul University in 2003 and has since developed a strong clinical focus on advanced implant dentistry, periodontal care, and minimally invasive treatments.
He has a special interest in dental implants and associated procedures, including bone grafting and sinus lifts, enabling successful implant placement even in challenging cases. Ilay also focuses on periodontal health (gum disease) and pink aesthetics, ensuring not only functional but also healthy and aesthetically pleasing outcomes for his patients.
Ilay believes in the benefits of laser dentistry to support biological, less invasive treatment approaches and regularly teaches and lectures internationally on laser applications in dentistry and implantology. He is actively involved with professional journals, societies, and educational programmes across Europe.
