*T&Cs Apply. The offer is open to existing patients of Castle Park Dental Care who refer a new patient aged 18 or over. The referred patient must be new to the practice and must mention the referrer’s full name at the time of booking their appointment. The referred patient must attend and complete a paid appointment in order for the referral reward to qualify. As a thank you, the existing patient can choose either a £20 High Street voucher, a £20 Castle Park voucher redeemable against treatment at the practice, or a £20 donation to Dental Mavericks. Rewards will only be issued once the referred patient has attended and completed their paid appointment. No reward will be issued for cancelled, missed, or unpaid appointments. Referrals cannot be claimed retrospectively for patients who were already referred or booked before the scheme was introduced or before the referral was recorded at the time of booking. Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and treatment credit can only be redeemed against future treatments at Castle Park Dental Care. There is no limit to the number of referrals an existing patient can make during the campaign period; however, rewards will only apply to qualifying referrals completed within the promotional period. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless stated otherwise. Castle Park Dental Care reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
